In-store pickups
***IMPORTANT NOTICE: The in-store pickup function when you checkout on our website is only reserved for in-store pickups and not for adding orders.***
In-store pickups are typically ready within 24-48 hours, you will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for in-store pickup.
In-store pickups take place during store opening hours only.
Return and Exchange Policy
All items sold are final sale; no exchanges or refunds are accepted. This applies to our online store, official store, retail outlets, and pop-ups.
Delivery
Shipments are made using Purolator, GLS or Canada Post.
In the event that the customer provides incorrect shipping information, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional costs incurred by reshipping. No refunds will be issued.
We are not responsible for late delivery of orders and we are not responsible for breakage of packaging or items during delivery.
Shipping is available throughout Canada excluding the territories. International shipping is not currently available.
Shipping costs
Province of Quebec:
$15 for 1 to 3 items
$25 for 4 to 6 items
$45 for 7 items or more.
Province of Ontario:
$20 for 1 to 3 items.
Provinces of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland:
$25 for 1 to 2 items.
Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba:
$25 for 1 to 2 items.

Payment by transfer
Payment by Interac e-transfer is possible.

Gift cards
Gift cards are only redeemable on our website and at the official store.
My package seems lost, what should I do?
You can contact the Purolator team directly at 1-888-744-7123, GLS at 1-888-463-4266 or Canada Post at 1-866-607-6301 with your tracking number that you received by email.
They are the ones who will be able to track it and tell you exactly where your package is.

Damage and/or defective product
In the event that your product arrives damaged during shipping, please promptly report any issues and include images to support your claim by emailing lileparfume8@gmail.com. We use appropriate materials to protect our products during shipping, but incidents caused by couriers can occur.
Promotional Code
If you have a promo code, you must enter it in the space provided when checking out.
If you forgot to enter your promo code after paying for your order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to apply the promo code afterwards.
Promo codes are valid online only.
Pre-order
If an order is placed with a pre-order item and an in-stock item, please be aware that we will ship the items in the same package when the pre-order item becomes available.
